Introducing OpenCore rules system.
The basic rules are free to use and to give away.
OpenCore® basic rules are intended for modern military or espionage
role-playing games. My own OSS: The Spy Game RPG utilizes the advanced
rules as well as some specialized rules for espionage gaming.
Why OpenCore®?
I can tell you this... The basic rules are licensed under the Creative Commons Version 3.
Other so-called open game content is not open. It’s not free. The basic
rules are free. You can even share them. Copy the rules and give them
away. You can add to the rules too. As long as you give me credit for
the original work.
The rules are easy to learn and use. Less reference and more play.
